We are a family owned and operated construction business.
Founded in 2004, Mclenco specializes in new construction and remodeling hospitality projects throughout the State of Texas.
Through the many projects undertaken in this area, we have developed a strong expertise in the special requirements of this industry.
Our project management experience goes well beyond the hospitality sector, however, and includes multi-family, schools, mid-rise office buildings, detention centers, government facilities and retail stores.
We provide all manner of services to our clients; from the initial site selection and feasibility study, through every phase of the construction process.

At the start of the construction phase, we will review and manage the construction sites logistics. Questions at this stage include aspects such as installing construction fencing for safety, identifying parking for trailers and equipment, ensuring state and federal environmental protection requirements are met, installing sanitary facilities for workers, and identifying staging areas for materials. We will ensure all equipment is functioning properly, including elevators, HVAC, electrical, and other equipment; and will ensure the owner’s staff understands how to operate and maintain all equipment.
